Location was quite convenient, with many stores, restaurants and tourist attractions around. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us directions to visit nearby locations. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a good view of the city.

The hotel facilities and amenities were quite outdated and in need of renovations. the elevators were slow and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

Pleasant room, yonge dundas square is nearby and there is private parking. In general the service was quality. Want to say thanks a lot for enjoyable stay😀

I had a great stay and lots of fun. Staff was wonderful, the room was perfect and the view was excellent.

Underground parking was alittle scary for me but I wasn't the one driving.

The room rate was affordable and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was also in a convenient location, close to shopping and attractions. I appreciate having a kitchenette in the room, which made it convenient for longer stays.

There were several aspects of the hotel that I found disappointment. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which made for a less enjoyable stay.

I'm a smoker and had actually booked with this hotel with the thought they had some designated smoking rooms and I was not in a smoking room.

I liked the location and the cost

The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, being fairly close to the centre of the city and just a short distance from the popular Eaton's Centre. The service provided by the staff was commendable, with their friendly and helpful attitude. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and I particularly enjoyed the south view from my room, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate was a definite bonus.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The room was spacious and quiet - the bathroom though on the smaller side - absolutely clean and tidy.

the staff was so nice and they asked me if i enjoyed my stay and i did. if i had a concern about something they helped me out as much as they can. i would be coming back to this hotel more often.

Convenience , cleanliness , easy parking

The hotel staff was great. It has everything you could need in walking distance. The room was very clean and cozy .

it is a bit on the pricey side for that type of room.

Felt that the hotel was starting to look and feel old with its standard of decoration and maintenance in the room Although a small kitchenette was part of the room as there were NO utensils plates etc provided this was worse than useless with the single exception of the refrigerator
